T-LYMPHOCYTES IN THE GREATER OMENTUM IN SEROUS BORDERLINE OVARIAN TUMORS

The aim of the study is to describe the subpopulations of CD4+, CD8+ T-lymphocytes of the greater omentum in serous borderline ovarian tumor.
Materials and Methods. The immunohistochemical method was used to analyze the markers of CD4, CD8 T-lymphocytes in the greater omentum in 30 patients. In a research study, inclusion criteria were: the serous borderline ovarian tumor (with and without implants), surgeries for borderline ovarian tumor with omentectomy, age 20-45 years old. At the same time, severe concomitant diseases served as an exclusion criterion. The authors conducted morphometric assessment and analyzed images. STATISTICA 10 (StatSoft) program was used for statistical processing of the results.
Results: Evaluation of CD4 and CD8 expression levels in the greater omentum demonstrated that it was higher in serous borderline tumor without implants compared to tumor with implants.
Conclusion. The greater omentum is involved in immune reactions due to the T-lymphocyte population.

Т-ЛИМФОЦИТЫ БОЛЬШОГО САЛЬНИКА ПРИ СЕРОЗНЫХ ПОГРАНИЧНЫХ ОПУХОЛЯХ ЯИЧНИКОВ

Цель. Описать субпопуляции Т-лимфоцитов CD4+, CD8+ большого сальника при серозной пограничной опухоли яичников.
Материалы и методы. Иммуногистохимическим методом изучались маркеры Т-лимфоцитов CD4, CD8 большого сальника 30 пациенток. Критерии включения в исследование: наличие серозной пограничной опухоли яичников (с имплантами и без имплантов), хирургическое лечение пограничной опухоли яичников с оментэктомией, возраст от 20 до 45 лет. Критерии исключения: тяжелые сопутствующие заболевания. Проводились морфометрическая оценка, анализ фотоснимков, статистическая обработка полученных результатов при помощи программы STATISTICA 10 (StatSoft).
Результаты. Оценка уровней экспрессии CD4 и CD8 в больших сальниках продемонстрировала, что при серозной пограничной опухоли без имплантов она была выше по сравнению с опухолью с имплантами.
Выводы. Большой сальник принимает участие в осуществлении иммунных реакций за счет популяции Т-лимфоцитов.
